Parents: Update Your Emergency Contacts and Other Information in ParentVUE
As the school year gets underway, it's important to make sure your child's information is up to date in our student database. Accurate phone numbers and email addresses make sure you get timely alerts and notifications so CCSD can reach you quickly with weather closures, alerts, or emergency information. You can also update your child's medical forms and add or change emergency contacts for your child.
If you have not yet taken care of this important back-to-school task, you can use the ParentVUE website or download the app to do this. After logging in, choose Online Registration; next, choose Student Information Update. As you navigate through the forms, please make any needed updates, and then click Submit to finish. If you need help using ParentVUE, please email enrollment.support@cherokee.incidentiq.com. .
To receive emergency notification text messages at the cell phone numbers the school has on file for you, parents must opt-in by texting the word SUBSCRIBE to the number 68453.
